In most bungalows we can route all the cables through the loft void rather than between floors, which is actually cleaner in many cases. We discuss the routing with you before we start.

Can you install CCTV so I can watch the feed on my phone?
Yes. All the systems we install use Hikvision equipment with a smartphone app that lets you view the live feed from anywhere. We set it up and test it before we leave.

My bungalow has an old fusebox — is it worth replacing?
If it is a rewirable unit it has no RCD protection. Given that bungalows often have a single floor with all circuits running through the loft, a fault in the roof space with no RCD protection is particularly worth addressing.
