Is the app connection included?

Do you need to drill through walls or run cables?

Will the alarm work if the wifi goes down?
The system will continue to function locally if your wifi drops. You will lose remote app access during the outage but the alarm will still arm, detect, and sound.
Can you add door and window contacts as well as PIR sensors?
Yes. If you want contacts on specific doors or windows as well as the standard PIR sensors, I will include those in the quote based on the walkthrough assessment.
