Every year all of us take our cars for an MOT to make sure that they are safe to be driven but so often we forget how important is to have our home electrics tested.
Doing a lot of work at my customers’ houses I see a lot of bad electrical workmanship especially from previous owners or fraudster electricians.
It comes with a cost but it has to be done only once a decade or before purchasing a new home. Especially when it comes to buying a new house, one of my customers managed to save £7,500 on the agreed price of their new home due to the poor condition of the electrics!
